I've currently got two racks of baby back ribs, prepared according to Carl Grossman's recipe, slow-cooking in the oven. I'm planning to take them to a classmate's Superbowl party this evening -- we'll see how they turn out. Every time I've had Carl's ribs I've thought they were simply awesome, and just thinking about them is enough to transport me back to Swarthmore Physics holiday parties of yore, with Carl's crunchy-on-the-outside, succulent inside ribs, and the associated somewhat tipsy Christmas caroling and general merriment.
