Quantum is completely done - exam, course evaluation, and everything else academic. Now there only remains Catherine's postponed seminar dinner (because one of her kids came down with a virulent stomach bug).

Remaining: stat mech (gahh do I hate the stuff) and algebra (hard but stuff I think will be doable).

Have I said enough times how wonderful May Day was? I still have "To the Maypole" stuck in my head.

I am with Jerome here. I could never get myself interested in slving any statmech problem. I have been screamed at that before.

I guess I psyched myself up before the seminar because I knew that I had already applied to grad schools with condensed matter research in mind, so I had better like StatMech.
